I just can’t stop talking about Bagelz.

They are always what I reach for when I am going for a quick easy gluten-free, low-carb, keto, or paleo breakfast.

My good friend Alison is an amazing nutritionist who helps many people regain their health by ditching the wheat and other high-carb foods. Alison stopped by Fox Hill Kitchens this morning to pick up some of our Bagelz for one of her clients, for whom giving up a daily breakfast bagel was too much to ask. We started talking about how difficult it can be to give up our eating routines, especially when it comes to easy breakfast “staples,” often high in carbs and (seemingly) difficult to substitute.

Thankfully these days there are so many delicious grain-free, paleo, and low-carb, recipes and products that make it easier to stick to healthier eating habits. I love that our Awesome Bunz, Bagelz, Rollz & Holz are helping people make strides towards better health. In honor of Alison’s client being able to enjoy her morning bagel—grain- and guilt-free—here are some easy and delicious bagel serving suggestions!

A toasted bagel with avocado, cream cheese, or smoked wild salmon. Or even better—all three! This makes such a quick, easy, and satisfying meal. You can also mix the salmon and cream cheese in a food processor beforehand, for a delicious schmear.

Try these fixings a lovely weekend brunch spread: fresh heirloom tomatoes, snipped chives or thinly sliced red onions, capers, fresh dill, baby greens, and fluffy golden scrambled eggs.
