Easy 30 Second Keto Mayo Recipe

Mayo is a great way to take your juicy burgers and favorite sandwiches to the next level. However, sometimes it may be hard to find mayo that fits your dietary needs. This keto mayo recipe is quick, easy, doesn’t use soy or canola oil, and is absolutely delicious!

Gather Your Ingredients For Your Keto Mayo Recipe

For your homemade 30 second keto mayo recipe you will need:

  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon ground mustard (or 1 teaspoon prepared dijon mustard)
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¾ cup avocado oil

Combine All Ingredients

Place all ingredients in a narrow, straight-edged container (or in blender).  Turn on stick blender, and blend until all ingredients are mixed.

Note: A stick blender is recommended for this, though a small blender or Cuisinart will work as well.

Keto Mayo Recipe Tips!

Want more flavor?  That can be achieved very quickly by just adding your favorite spice mix or minced garlic to the mayo!

Egg Size Matters: If you have extra large eggs, you may need to increase the oil by a small amount for the mayonnaise to come out thick enough.

Too Thick?If mayonnaise is very thick and there’s a small amount of oil that doesn’t look fully incorporated in the top, add a 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon of water and mix again.

  • 1 stick blender (or slternative small blender or Cuisinart will work as well)

Materials

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp ground mustard (or 1 teaspoon prepared dijon mustard)
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¾ cup avocado oil

Instructions

  • Add to your favorite dishes!
