Harlan Kilstein’s Completely Keto Mushroom & Celery Stuffing
  1. Using the croutons or buns cut up from Fox Hill Kitchens, soak in hot water until soft and squeeze out water
  2. Heat oil or fat in a skillet
  3. Add celery, onion, and mushrooms and cook for about 7 minutes on a low to medium heat
  4. Pour over softened bread and mix
  5. Add eggs, and seasonings to bread mixture
  6. Stuff poultry
  7. If any is left over, place in a greased oven proof dish and bake in the oven at the same time basting with the drippings
