Fox Hill’s bread mix is wonderful! I was fortunate enough to win one of the bread mixes. My husband, who is not keto, but does try to stay away from grains, etc., really enjoyed the rolls that i made with the mix. For him (and me), it was the closest thing to regular rolls we have had! Really worth a try. Also the mixes do not take up freezer space…

We’re very pleased that Fox Hill Kitchens now sells their bread/bun formula as a dry mix product. We’ve experimented with baking in many different forms and the mix is a great base for recipes.
We’ve tried many different types of low carb and “keto” breads but keep coming back to Fox Hill because it has a feel, texture and taste that is closer to the usual breads/grains products and does not seem to create spikes (or even significant rises) in blood sugar.

Just when I thought Fox Hill’s products couldn’t get any better, along comes their new bread mix. I won one of the mixes when it was first released and then quickly ordered 4 more so I could experiment. So far, I’ve made hot dog and hoagie buns, loaf bread, calzones and pizza crust. Folks that don’t need to be gluten-free or low carb have no idea how satisfying it is to actually eat a hoagie or hot dog in a bun! But the best part is that my husband loves this, too. He actually made the loaf bread and was pretty proud of how it turned out. Plus he got to eat bread while sticking to Keto. Your products are what kept him eating Keto. Thank you!

I love this bread mix. I add dehydrated onions, salt and spices and make is into a flatbread. It takes awhile to cook, but then I can break off pieces for a tasty snack or eat it with cheese or any number of toppings. The versatility is what I love and eating bread again is a real gift. This is amazing! I made two baguettes with the loaf bread instructions, before realizing it had slight changes for baguettes. It still turned out perfect! I baked them, then sliced thinly and drizzled with olive oil, salt and pepper, and toasted in the oven. Perfectly crispy for my cheese spread, and so nice to eat bread like everyone else!!!
