Dark and delicious…who doesn’t like Chocolate sauce?
Low Carb Chocolate Sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp + 2tsp powdered Erythritol
- 2 pinches sea salt
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
- 1/8 tsp or 12 drops stevia
- Combine water, cocoa, sand salt in a small pan. Whisk until smooth and bring to a simmer
- Boil gently and stir for about 5 minutes to thicken.
- Remove from the heat, add vanilla and stevia
Extra sauce can be stored in the fridge.
