Low Carb Grilled Reuben

thinly sliced corned beef

thinly sliced Swiss cheese

sauerkraut, well drained (homemade or unpasteurized recommended)
Instructions
For the Russian Dressing
Combine all ingredients, and refrigerate any unused dressing.
Measure out 1/2 cup and set aside for later
For the Reuben
Slice
Large Bunz
, and spread Russusian dressing on the outer layer of the Bunz (bun should be inside-out)
Layer corned beef, cheese, and sauerkraut.
In a large skillet, melt butter on VERY LOW HEAT.
Pan grill sandwiches until nicely browned. Use a bacon press to weigh it down.
