Low Carb Chocolate Sauce
Materials
1/2
cup
water
1/4
cup
Cocoa powder
2
Tbsp + 2tsp
powdered Erythritol
2
pinches
sea salt
1/4
tsp
Vanilla
1/8
tsp or 12 drops
stevia
Instructions
Combine water, cocoa, sand salt in a small pan. Whisk until smooth and bring to a simmer
Boil gently and stir for about 5 minutes to thicken.
Remove from the heat, add vanilla and stevia
Notes
Extra sauce can be stored in the fridge.
