Low Carb Chocolate Sauce

Materials

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp + 2tsp powdered Erythritol
  • 2 pinches sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp or 12 drops stevia

Instructions

  • Combine water, cocoa, sand salt in a small pan. Whisk until smooth and bring to a simmer
  • Boil gently and stir for about 5 minutes to thicken.
  • Remove from the heat, add vanilla and stevia

Notes

Extra sauce can be stored in the fridge.
