Our Small Bunz are wonderful out of the bag for sandwiches or toasted with your favorite toppings. Because they are so tender, our ketogenic buns can be sliced and toasted right out of the freezer. Endless possibilities include open-faced pizza, sandwiches, burgers, or just slathered with grass-fed butter or ghee.

STORAGE
When you receive your order, it should be frozen immediately. They can be refrozen more than once without suffering in quality. Can last 4-5 months in the freezer. If you’ll be consuming them quickly, you could keep them in the refrigerator for a couple of days. If they need to be left out at room temperature, depending on the weather they can spoil quickly, but if there are no alternatives, we recommend taking them out of the bag for air circulation.
IMPORTANT NOTE
It is very important to put the products in the freezer as soon as they arrive to ensure product preservation. If not, molding may occur due to the temperature and the moisture in the bags.
