We are so excited to be introducing subscriptions on our product bundles! Below we have detailed everything you need to know about Fox Hill Kitchens Subscriptions!

What are Fox Hill Kitchens Subscriptions?

Fox Hill Kitchens subscriptions are a new service we are offering for our customers to  receive regular shipments of products. These shipments are scheduled on intervals, which can be set to monthly, every other month, or every 3 months. These subscriptions are designed to provide convenience and continuity to our loyal customers as well as a small additional discount to you!

Key points for subscriptions:

  1. Automatic Deliveries: Subscribers receive their chosen product(s) without the need to repeatedly place individual orders. The products are automatically shipped based on a predetermined schedule.
  2. Customization: Customers have the option to leave their bundle as is each month or switch up which products will come in each order.
  3. Convenience: Product subscriptions simplify the purchasing process, saving you time and effort as you don’t need to remember to reorder products you use regularly.
  4. Cost Savings: Bundles are already discounted for our customers, but we have decided to add an extra discount for subscribers!
  5. Cancellation Flexibility: You can cancel your subscription at any time, providing flexibility to adapt to changing needs.

What are the options for frequency of deliveries?

Right now we are offering several different options:

  1. Every month: Your order will be processed and your account will be charged on the same day of each month. 
  2. Every other month: AKA Every 2 Months. Your order will be processed and your account will be charged on the same day every other month. 
  3. Every 3rd month:  Your order will be processed and your account will be charged on the same day every 3  months.

When will my account be charged?

You will be charged on the date that your order is processed. For example, if you start your subscription on the 15th of the month, your card will be charged and your order will be put into our system on the 15th of every month (if you opted for monthly deliveries). Once your subscription order is processed, you will receive your order in 3 – 5 business days.  

When will my order be shipped?

Once your account is charged, we will start processing your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive your shipment in 3 – 5 business days. The shipment date may vary month to month depending on if the processing date lands on the weekend. 

There is an option to renew your order early, if you would like your shipment to arrive earlier then scheduled. 

How do I edit the products in my subscription bundle?

Before launching Fox Hill Kitchens Subscriptions, we talked to our customers and asked them what was one of the most important things to them. One item that came up over and over again was the ability to edit the products that got sent each month within their bundle. Below is the step by step process to edit the products you receive in your bundle each month. 

Your subscription is about to renew Email

A few days before your subscription in about to renew, you will receive an email reminding you that your subscription is about to renew. Once you receive this email we suggest you look through the products on your order to ensure they are the products you would like to receive. If all the products are correct, you do not need to do anything!

If you would like to any or all of the products in your subscription, please proceed with the the following steps.  

If your subscription renewal has already been processed and you would still like to change your order, please reach out to us immediately and we will do our best to change your order before it gets shipped out.  

Step 1: Go to the "My Account Page"

In the “Renewal Email” there is a hyperlink that will take you to the “My Account” log in page. 

You can also find this page from the Fox Hill Kitchens website.

Step 2: Click "My Subscriptions"

Once in your account, on the left hand side, click “My Subscriptions” to view your current subscriptions.

Step 3: Click "Switch Subscription" Button

If you have multiple subscriptions, you will be able to view them here as well as what products are inside your bundle subscription. 

Next to the bundle, you will see the button that says “Switch Subscription”. If you would like to switch any or all of the products in your bundle click “Switch Subscription”

Step 3: Click "Switch Subscription"

Step 4: Edit Product Totals & Add to Cart

You will be brought back to the bundle product page. Here you will be able to edit the totals of each product. Once you are happy with the totals of your products, click the “Add to Cart” button. 

Note: You will have to Zero out any products that you do not want in your subscription this time.

Troubleshooting: If the total number of products in the bundle is not equal to the number of products you need, you will not be able to move onto the next step. 

  • Example: If you have a Choose 6 Bundle, you must have EXACTLY 6 products as part of your bundle. 

Step 5: Proceed to Checkout

Now you will be brought back to the “View Cart” page. It may look like you are about to be charged again, BUT you will notice that the total is $0.00. 

If everything looks correct, click “Proceed to Checkout”

Step 6: Place Order

Next you will be brought to the “Check Out” page. Skip down and click the “Place Order” button. 

Remember it will not charge you, as the total is $0.00.  

You can see on the next page it brings you to the order details with a total of $0.00 charged. 

How do I cancel Fox Hill Kitchens Subscriptions?

Step 1: Go to the "My Account Page" & Find "My Subscriptions"

Make your way to the “My Account” page on the left hand side of the Fox Hill Kitchens website and Click “My Subscriptions”

Step 2: Find the desired subscription and click "Cancel"

Once  under “My Subscriptions” you will see all your active (and inactive subscriptions). 

Here you will see a 4 different actions you can preform, including “Cancel”. 

If you would like to cancel your subscription click the “Cancel” button.

Your subscription has now been canceled

You have officially canceled your subscription. You will then see the following confirmation message on your screen. You will also receive an email confirming your subscription cancellation as well.  

Note: You must cancel your subscription BEFORE your card is charged for the next shipment.
